CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



AS Merko Ehitus and AS Tallinna Sadam concluded a contract for construction

works of the port of Saaremaa.

Price of the contract is EEK 76 720 000 (4 903 302 euros), plus VAT.

Completion time for the works is set on April 2006.
