ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

 

According to the owner of OÜ Hode Investeeringud, the 30.46% 

ownership in AS Kalev shares acquired from AS Epeks will bring no 

changes to the company's operations. 

 

The given transaction is a part of the owner company's 

restructuring plan, according to which the functions of AS ETFC 

Grupp and AS Epeks will be merged into OÜ Hode Investeeringud. 

 

The operation of AS Kalev continues in accordance with the 

development plan.
