All "Latvijas kuģniecība" shares put out for auction have been sold

Today, on November 20, 2003, a cash auction of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” 863, 688 shares (0.43% of share capital) was run on the Riga Stock Exchanged. All shares put out for sale were auctioned.

The calculated price from the bids was LVL 0.34. The aggregate number of shares bid was 1,325,772. The seller was Privatisation Agency. Both domestic and foreign investors were admitted to the auction. The auction results still need to be approved by Privatisation Agency.

JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” shares are listed on the RSE Official list, and are included in RICI and Dow Jones RSE indexes.
