Buyout of JSC "Latvijas Balzams" shares closed

Today, on May 6, the buyout of JSC “Latvijas Balzams” shares offered by “S.P.I.Distilleries B.V.” closed.”S.P.I.Distilleries B.V.” bought 2 442 310 shares.The buyout offer was open from April 7 till May 5, 2003, and the price was LVL 1.56 per share. The buyout was executed on the Riga Stock Exchange trading system.

Presently 1 305 390 shares, or, 17.41% of”Latvijas Balzams” shares remain on free float.

JSC “Latvijas Balzams” is listed on the Riga Stock Exchange Second list.
