Changes in the managing bodies of ECSD

As of 01.08.2002, Kaidi Oone was appointed as the managing director of Estonian CSD, replacing Ahto Kink, who was appointed as the head of legal department of HEX Tallinn.

The general meeting of the shareholders of ECSD elected Ahto Kink to the supervisory board. The head of the board, Jaanus Erlemann (member of management board of HEX Tallinn), Gert Tiivas (chairman of management board of HEX Tallinn) and Andre Nõmm (head of market services dept. of Tallinn Stock Exchange) will continue as the members of the supervisory board of ECSD.

The supervisory board elected Kaidi Oone and Indrek Kasela (managing director of HEX Tallinn) as members of the management board of ECSD. Toomas Mölder, the head of IT dept. of HEX Tallinn, will continue as the member of the management board.

Kaidi Oone has worked at ECSD since August 2001 as the development director, being responsible for the management of pension project. Previously Oone worked as the legal counsellor of the information systems and document management department of the Estonian State Chancellery. Oone holds a bachelor’s degree in law.

Ahto Kink has worked at ECSD since September 1997. Kink is a graduate of law school of Tartu University.
