Changes to the RSE and LCD management bodies

Riga Stock Exchange and Latvian Central Depository AGM of shareholders approved changes in the management bodies of the companies. 

Guntars Kokorevičs was repeatedly approved for the position of RSE Chairman of Management Board. Daiga-Auziņa-Melalksne, Director of Development and Services Department, was approved the RSE Deputy Chairman of Management Board. Indars Aščuks, Strategic Project Manager, was approved a RSE Management Board member. 

Aivars Slokenbergs was repeatedly approved for the position of the LCD Chairman of Management Board. The other two Management Board members will be Ģirts Apsītis and Indars Aščuks.

The shareholders approved Gert Tiivas, OMHEX Baltic Operations Vice President, the RSE Supervisory Board Chairman. The other board members are Pekka Peiponen, OMHEX senior Vice President, Teuvo Rossi, OMHEX senior Vice President, Māris Mančinskis, Hansabanka Financial Markets Director, and Roberts Idelsons, President, Parex Asset Management.

Gert Tiivas was appointed the LCD Supervisory Board Chairman as well. The other board members are Pekka Peiponen,Teuvo Rossi, Māris Mančinskis and Ansis Grasmanis, Vice President, Latvijas Unibanka.
