Gert Tiivas, MA (28), has been appointed Senior Vice President of HEX’s Baltic Operations business unit. He reports to Jukka Ruuska, President and CEO of HEX Group.
Gert Tiivas will continue as CEO of TSE Group.
Baltic Operations business unit consists of TSE (Tallinn Stock Exchange) Group and Baltic Liaison unit. Until now the business unit has functioned directly under HEX Group’s President Jukka Ruuska.
HEX’s business operations are divided to six business units: trading, issuer services, settlement and depository, securities services, eHEX and Baltic Operations. HEX owns 62 percent of TSE Group, which also includes Estonian Central Depository for Securities.
