JSC "Kurzemes CMAS" shares to be listed on the Riga Stock Exchange

JSC “Kurzemes CMAS” Management Board resolved on its meeting of September 6, 2004 to list JSC “Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija” 438,000 registered voting shares on the RSE Free list starting with September 13, 2004. Share nominal value is LVL 1 and the total issue value is LVL 438,000. The ticker symbol will be KCM1R.

JSC “Kurzemes CMAS” issue prospectus has been registered with Financial and Capital Market Commission on August 6, 2004, and is available on the RSE website.
