Lithuanian Central Credit Union Debuts on Nasdaq Baltic First North with a EUR 4 Million Bond Issue

Vilnius/Riga/Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market, May 25, 2026 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces the admission of bonds issued by the Lithuanian Central Credit Union (LCKU) to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market via Nasdaq Vilnius.

 The Lithuanian Central Credit Union, which unites the largest network of credit unions in Lithuania, has successfully placed a subordinated bond issue of up to EUR 4 million under a bond programme with a total size of up to EUR 8 million.

The annual interest rate is 8.25%, paid semi-annually. The nominal value of each bond is EUR 1,000, with a maturity of 10 years and a redemption date of December 17, 2035, with an early redemption option.

“The involvement of the credit union sector in capital markets is an important step in strengthening the diversity of the region’s financial system, increasing transparency, and expanding investment opportunities for both institutional and retail investors,” said Gediminas Varnas, President of Nasdaq Vilnius.

The certified adviser for the bond programme is the law firm Norkus and Partners COBALT.
