Riga / Vilnius / Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market, August 6, 2026 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that the fund units of Signet Baltic Bond Fund have been listed on the Nasdaq Baltic Fund List by Nasdaq Riga as of today.
The fund invests primarily in bonds issued by companies operating in the Baltic region and aims to provide long-term income and capital appreciation through a diversified portfolio of Baltic corporate debt securities. The listing enhances the visibility of the fund among Baltic investors and provides convenient access to fund information through Nasdaq Baltic’s market infrastructure.

Signet Baltic Bond Fund is listed on the Nasdaq Baltic Fund Centre website alongside other funds registered in the Baltic region.
Signet Baltic Bond Fund is an open-end investment fund and the first UCITS fund to be listed on the Baltic stock exchanges. The fund is managed by Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS, an investment management company within the Signet Bank Group.
The fund was established in May 2025 with the goal of providing investors with capital appreciation by investing in Baltic corporate bonds while contributing to the development of the region’s capital markets.
Assets under management currently total EUR 12.8 million, and the portfolio includes 50 securities. The bond portfolio’s average yield to maturity is 8.4%, with an average maturity of 2.4 years. At least 85% of the fund’s assets are invested in bonds issued by Baltic companies, including DelfinGroup, ELKO Grupa, Storent Holdings, Coffee Address, and others.
By geographic allocation, the majority of the fund’s investments are in bonds issued by Latvian companies (65%), followed by Estonia (14.6%) and Lithuania (13.8%).
