“With this Urban Hub Investments bond issue, investors have the opportunity to contribute not only to the growth of commercial real estate projects but also to the creation of a more sustainable and innovative urban environment. Such issuances strengthen the Baltic capital market – increasing its liquidity and providing more opportunities for both companies and investors,” says Gediminas Varnas, President of Nasdaq Vilnius.
“These bonds will strengthen the capital structure of the Urban HUB project portfolio, which is valued at more than EUR 90 million, and will give investors the opportunity to continue participating in its development. Listing on the First North exchange will increase the liquidity of the bonds and enable the issuer to inform investors about project progress more efficiently and transparently,” says Kasparas Juška, Head of Investments at SBA Urban.
