With new ammendment to the VILSE Index rules coming into effect as of July 1, 2005, according to which listed companies, in which one shareholder holds not less than 90% of the listed company’s shares, will have to be excluded from the index. Therefore, the following companies will be excluded from the VILSE index:

2.Klaipėdos jūrų krovinių kompanija (KJK1L)
3.Lisco Baltic Service (LBS1L)
4.Lietuvos elektrinė (LEL1L)
5.Lifosa (LFO1L)
6.Bankas Nord/ LB Lietuva (NDL1L)
7.Stumbras (STU1L)
8.VST (VST1L)
