On 22.02.2001 Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE), sole owner of Estonian Central Depository for Securities (ECSD), decided to increase the share capital of ECSD from EEK 2.8 mln to EEK 3 mln.
The increase of share capital was made pursuant to the Estonian Central Register of Securities Act(effective from the beginning of year 2001) which stipulates the Registers share capital to be EEK 3 mln.
