Shareholder lists on Internet homepage

Shareholder lists of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) listed companies are available on Internet homepage from September 4.

Shareholder lists, compiled at the beginning of every working day by the Estonian Central Depository for Securities, can be obtained on TSE Internet homepage at www.tse.ee/english, under Statistics/TSE Shareholder Lists section.

Providing shareholder lists is in accordance with and proceeds from the Estonian Central Register of Securities Act.

“Easy and convenient access to the shareholder lists of TSE listed companies adds transparency and reliability to the securities market,” said Gert Tiivas, TSE Management Board chairman. “In the near future, we intend to enhance easier information analysis on our Homepage through providing access for obtaining excerpts from shareholder lists at any selected period, and possibility for making complex inquiries.”
