The intermediary of the trade for both sides was SEB Vilniaus bankas AB.

This manual trade was the biggest one carried out in the VSE history. The previous largest manual trade in shares was concluded on September 19, 2002, when Yukos UK B.V. purchased the shares of Mazeikiu nafta AB for LTL 265,942,888 (EUR 77,022,384).
