YOOK’s €4.5 Million Bond Issue Listed on Nasdaq Baltic First North

19.05.2026 RIG, TLN, VLN

Tallinn/Riga/Vilnius, Nasdaq Baltic Market, May 18, 2026 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that bonds issued by YOOK, an Estonian oat drink company, have been admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North Market by Nasdaq Tallinn.

YOOK’s bond issue totals EUR 4.486 million. Each bond carries a nominal value of EUR 1,000 and a fixed annual coupon rate of 11%, paid quarterly.

The listing follows YOOK’s public bond offering across the three Baltic countries, in which 860 investors participated. Estonian investors subscribed for EUR 3.2 million (71% of the total), Latvian investors for EUR 1 million (21%), and Lithuanian investors for EUR 0.3 million (8%).

“YOOK’s listing highlights how the Baltic bond market continues to support ambitious growth companies from a widening range of sectors. It is encouraging to see investors back a company that is building export capacity, strengthening its financial foundation and aiming to build long-term scale from the Baltics,” said Kaarel Ots, CEO of Nasdaq Tallinn and Head of Nasdaq Baltic Stock Exchanges.

“Investor support provides strong validation that the market believes in our growth story. We will use the capital raised to fund the company’s continued growth and refinance existing debt, with the goal of reaching positive EBITDA in the first half of 2027. We have proven that it is possible to build an internationally competitive food producer in the Baltics, and we now have the resources to move through the next phase of growth. Equally important to us is that, through this issuance, we have built a dedicated investor community around YOOK – one that consists not only of financiers, but also of loyal brand supporters and long-term partners,” said Mark Eikner, Member of the Management Board of Yook OÜ.

YOOK is an export-oriented and innovative plant-based products company that produces and sells oat drinks and oat-based desserts. The group’s main production facility in Central Estonia has the capacity to produce up to 20 million litres of oat drinks annually in a single shift. Since launching full-scale commercial operations in 2024, YOOK has successfully entered and expanded in more than 10 markets, achieved the number one position in Estonia’s oat drink category within its first year of operations, and established a strong and rapidly growing presence in Turkey.
